Saturday evening’s CBCF sit-down banquet will be held in the newly renovated* Chateau Hotel and Conference Center’s ballroom and will also be the location of our Friday night Welcome Reception.

The CBCF Room Block for Friday and Saturday nights are for single king or double queens at a rate of $119 + 12% state and city taxes. Rooms within our “room block” will be released on Friday, May 2nd, 2025. Book Early!!
There are also discounted “Out of Block” premium rooms available. These are newly renovated rooms, available on a first come – first serve basis. The rates are subject to change. All of these premium rooms are currently available to the public.
